Wire reinforced silicone hose is a high performance hose,which made of helix stainless steel wire compounded with silicone material through a special process.

Using a three-layer composite structure:

The inner layer is food grade/medical grade platinum vulcanized silicone

The middle layer is reinforced with 304/316 stainless steel wire

The outer layer is a protective silicone layer.

This structure makes it both flexible and mechanically strong, with an operating temperature range of -60°C to +260°C (customized models) and a burst pressure of up to 21-30Bar.
