FKM Lined Wire Reinforced Silicone Hose is a multi-layer composite hose, the structure is:

Lining layer: Fluoroelastomer (FKM), oil and corrosion resistant

Reinforcement layer: Multi-layer polyester fabric + stainless steel steel wire (AISI 302/316L) spiral reinforcement

Outer layer: Platinum vulcanized silicone, food grade

Medium compatibility: fluoroelastomer oil resistance is better than fluoro-silicone, but fluoro-silicone resistance to polar solvents is better.

Temperature requirements: choose fluoroelastomer when the work temperature more than 180 ℃ , select fluoro-silicone if need to withstand -60 ℃ low-temperature.
