PFA tube is a high-performance plastic tube made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and fluorinated vinyl copolymer. It is a copolymer of a small amount of perfluoropropylene and perfluorovinyl ether with polytetrafluoroethylene, with good high and low temperature resistance (-80 to +260 degrees Celsius), corrosion resistance and aging resistance. In addition, PFA tube has good processing performance, is easy to form, and has high transparency. Due to these characteristics, PFA tube is widely used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, heat exchangers, steam piping, corrosive medium conveying pipes, and tank insulation pipes, and is sometimes called the "plastic king". The melt adhesion of PFA tube is enhanced and the melt viscosity is reduced, but the performance has not changed compared with polytetrafluoroethylene.
