Sealed packaging: Silicone tubes should be sealed and packaged in clean transparent bags before storage to prevent dust, dirt and other contaminants from entering. At the same time, the packaging material should have good antioxidant properties to prevent the silicone tube from oxidizing during storage.
Avoid contact with chemicals: Silicone tubes should avoid contact with condensation-type silicone rubber vulcanizers, amines, sulfur- and phosphorus-containing compounds, and some metal salt chemicals during storage. These chemicals may react with silicone tubes, resulting in performance degradation or damage.
Protect joints: If the silicone tube is equipped with joints such as chucks and flanges, the joint part should be wrapped with packaging materials such as pearl cotton to prevent damage during storage and transportation.
